Questions? We've Got You.

Download the PicPak app, select your favorite photos, and sync them to your device over Bluetooth and WiFi. Once uploaded, PicPak automatically shuffles through your photos at your chosen refresh interval, with no manual updates or NFC tapping required. Your images are stored directly on the PicPak device, so the e-ink screen holds and cycles through them indefinitely without drawing power. That's how the battery lasts up to a year.

Yes. Color E-ink screens take around 16 seconds to refresh when displaying a new image. This is normal for all color E-ink displays. Since PicPak shows one static photo at a time, you'll only see this once each time you update your photo. It won't affect your everyday experience. If you're sensitive to flickering lights, look away during the refresh. It's over in 16 seconds.

E-ink displays are designed to look like printed photographs, not phone screens. Colors are softer, tones are more muted, and there's no backlight or glare. Display quality can vary depending on the photo. High-contrast images with clear subjects tend to look best. Every image on our website is a real photo of the screen, not a render. What you see there is what you get.

Every other way to keep your photos has a trade-off. Printed photos cost $0.30 each and can't be updated. Digital frames need constant power and don't look like real photos. Instax and Polaroid are fun but expensive per shot and fixed forever. Your phone library is free but buried under thousands of screenshots and always one dead battery away from being inaccessible.

PicPak is the only option that checks every box. It looks like a real photo, fits in your pocket, never needs charging, requires no consumables, and lets you update your collection anytime. At $0.087 per photo across a 500-photo capacity, it costs less than a third of printing and a fraction of Instax.

The memories you actually want to see every day deserve better than a camera roll. PicPak puts them in your hands, always ready, no compromises.

You're in full control. In the PicPak app, you can set your refresh interval to every hour, every day, or every week, or turn it off entirely and flip through photos manually. PicPak only refreshes when you want it to.

PicPak stores everything directly on the device, with no cloud uploads, no remote servers, and no third-party access. When you sync over Bluetooth, the transfer stays between your phone and your PicPak. Once it's on the device, it stays there, private and offline, until you choose to change it.

PicPak is a one-time purchase with no mandatory subscriptions or hidden fees. We may introduce optional theme packs and curated content subscriptions in the future, but these will always be opt-in. If you never want to pay another cent, you never have to.

PicPak works exactly as described. It has limitations- in comparison to a true digital frame. But I’m ok with that because I read the description & reviews & I knew what to expect. I loaded it with pics of our black & white boxer dog who recently passed. It works perfect! The only reason I knocked of a star is because the app is a little glitchy. It constantly disconnects & downloading pics takes time & patience- which most of us have neither of those qualities these days. In any case, we used the magnet & stuck it on our fridge. We love looking at 12 years worth of pics of our beloved Pepper! Thank you, PicPak!

Works great and the images were easy to transfer using the Andriod app. I like the overall quality and the fact that minimal recharging of the battery is required.

Firmware fixed the black/white smear on the uploads. Love how easy to get photos uploaded and quality is good. Bought 18 to share with friends and family for the holidays. Love that they don’t need constant power.

I just received mine today, and it is kind of cute, and I'm happy I got it. It's a cute little gadget, and with discounts, it was a decent price.

It looks just like in the ads, so I don't feel cheated.

The photos are grainy, but it gives them a bit of a feel like a digital version of old Polaroids. It is not designed for high definition, so don't expect that.

When the frame is on a desk or stuck to a fridge (it has magnets in the back), the photos are nice, provided it is a well lit room, and you stand far enough from it (like 1 meter away at least).

Not all photos will look ok. The best results will be with photos that have good contrast, and close-up subjects.

The app is very basic, and I hope the company continues to enhance it. You can select up to 9 photos per transfer, and it allows basic cropping/centering to fit the landscape screen. It says it can hold 700 photos.

I got 4, and I will pre-load them and give them as small gifts to my family.

I cannot comment on battery life or long term usage as I just got it today, so we'll see.

Here are a couple of samples I quickly transferred from my phone.

I flashed mine with custom firmware for some dashboard software I’ve been working on. They look great.

I made a post about it here https://www.reddit.com/r/eink/s/k6pZ1oY6qC

It’s a fun nostalgic bit of tech. I’m using it to have some family photos and quotes and jokes refresh at my desk at work. The pixelation reminds me of an old school gameboy- but it is quite pixelated. I’m happy enough with that, so I like it, but if you’re looking for something high res- this is not that.

The product is a great idea, however the image resolution is quite poor. Color saturation as well is not as expected. You can improve things a little bit by tweaking the colors on your pictures and selecting appropriate pictures, but that makes loading images into the device a chore. The app is also a little unstable and frequently cannot upload from my Google Drive. I had to downloadto local storage first before uploading.
I am thinking of returning one of the two I purchased and waiting for a second generation of this device.

I have it setup and working, and I ha e to say I’m impressed and happy with it. I came to this searching for a small travel friendly display I could use on tripS and this is exactly that. The blues are nonexistent, but photos with browns and oranges and reds and such are good. Personally u fig the retro vibe and imperfections the e ink screen gives it as these are more about my memories than throwing up HD perfection - and that is wonderful.

I might be in the minority, but I’m really happy with the product. I bought it with this specific photo in mind for display, and with a little editing (increase contrast maybe), I think it will look even better - but the quality is just fine.
It’s cute and will serve the purpose I had in mind - keeping my loved ones on my desk at work. I like editing photos so that doesn’t bother me at all.
I didn’t update any firmware. Just synced upon opening the box and ta-da!

One's on the fridge, one's on my desk, and the third one... well, I still need to figure out what to do with it. It's a bit pricey, but honestly, it works pretty well. The older folks in my family get so happy seeing the kids' photos when they open the fridge, and the fact that it changes keeps them smiling. It's actually pretty heartwarming.

Similar to a color e-ink screen (found it displays warm-toned photos better after use). Can be used as a magnetic fridge sticker, has a foldable stand for bedside, desk, or office use, and is portable for carrying around (no internet connection needed, perfect for business trips or travel).

Got mine!!! I love it! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 😆
it’s I super slim e-ink display. I have a regular digital photo frame; it’s much larger and has to be plugged in to work. I can stick this on my fridge or in a locker door

Great battery life, beautiful design, ultra-slim. And it sticks right on the fridge.
