You're eligible if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or performance failure
  • You've followed our troubleshooting guide and submitted a video showing the issue
  • Our support team has confirmed that the issue cannot be resolved remotely

How it works:

  1. Contact us at [service@picpak.tech] within 90 days of receiving your order
  2. Follow our troubleshooting guide and record a short video of the issue
  3. Send the video to our support team
  4. Once confirmed, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days — no need to send the product back

Not eligible if:

  • Damage is caused by drops, water exposure, unauthorized modification, or other user error
  • The product has been tampered with (labels, serial numbers removed or altered)
  • Damage results from external factors such as fire, flooding, or lightning
  • The request is made after 90 days from the date of receipt
