PicPak started with a moment of pure frustration at home. Life gets so messy and fragmented. On the desk, you can see a mountain of post-it notes stacking up; in our pockets, our phone rolls have become disorganized black holes. The era of the internet and AI is only speeding up this chaos—endless scrolling, saving, and forwarding, leaving our brains feeling heavier and more exhausted.

We wondered: why hasn't anyone built a friendly, intelligent device to help us collect these scattered pieces of life and show them the way they deserve? Personally, I wanted less digital clutter. I wanted more of my life’s highlights and helpful insights to have a real presence in my daily environment.

With that vision, we spent countless days and nights iterating, standing right at the crossroads of physical hardware and digital experiences, where tech meets the human soul. That is how PicPak was born. To escape the constant noise and harsh glare of traditional screens, we chose the quiet restraint of electronic ink. We wanted it to feel warm, gentle, and non-intrusive.

We took this crazy idea to Kickstarter, and incredibly, over 8,332 backers from around the world backed us to bring it to life.Because of crowdfunding, we didn't have to cater to investors or listen to outside interference. We were able to define this product completely on our own picky aesthetic standards.

We only create hardware that we are deeply passionate about—products we gladly use ourselves, every single day.
